At what time is the check in?

Check in is from 2 pm, but if your arrival is before 2 pm and if your room is available (or another room in the same category) it will be a pleasure to give it to you.

If there's no room available at your arrival, it will be possible to leave your luggage in the luggage storage.

What do you need in case of late arrival?

For an arrival after 6 pm (local), we'll ask you a valid credit card number, with its exp. date and the cvc code (3 last digits in the back of the card)or a fax from your company with a garantee in case of no show.

Do you have a parking?

The hotel is a few steps from the  public parking Gambetta. As the hotel have only 3 badges for this parking,you can t book this places before your arrival, but you can call us (0033.491.508.178) to ask if there a badge available the day of your arrival and we will keep it for you.You have to come to the hotel before to go to the car park The price is 8€ per 24h with the pass.

Warning! the carpark is closed on Sunday and Bank hollidays and at night from 10pm to 6am.(the badge works all the time)

Is there a "minibar" in the room?

No, there's no minibar in our rooms but it is possible to buy drinks (no alcool) in the lobby.

Have you got "smoker rooms" available

No the hotel is a non smoking area.

At what time does the reception close?

Reception is open 24h a day, a receptionist is at your disposal night and day. If the door is closed, there s a night bell.

At what time do you serve the breakfast?

The breakfast room is open from 7 to 11 am during the week, and 7 to 12 am on Saturdays and Sundays, however, if you want a breakfast before 7, ask to the receptionist the day before, we'll do the maximum.

Do you have a restaurant?

No, but there' s a lot in a walking distance, ask to the receptionist, it will be a pleasure to give you some good address....

Are you far from shops? from the Old Port?

NO, the Lutetia Hotel is in the top of the main street "la Canebiere", 5 minutes walking from pedestrian and commercial streets St Ferreol and Rome and from the commercial center "Centre Bourse"(Fnac, Habitat, Galerie Lafayette,etc...) and 10 min from the old port and its fish market, and departure for touristic bus and little train and boats for the islands If (Count of Monte Christo jail) and Frioul.

is the metro to get to the Stadium or to "Le Dome" (musical theater)

Lutetia Hotel is 100m from the metro station Reformés/Canebière L1 to get to The Dome and  100m from the metro station Noailles L2 to get to the Stadium
